Will my phone work with an eSIM?+
Most phones released since 2019 do — iPhone XS and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer. Open Settings, look for "Add eSIM" or "Add mobile plan". If it's there, you're good. If your phone isn't supported we'll tell you before you pay.
Do I lose my own phone number?+
No. The eSIM sits alongside your normal SIM and handles data only. Calls and texts on your usual number keep working exactly as before.
When does my plan start counting down?+
Only when you first connect to a network at your destination. Buy weeks in advance if you like — nothing ticks until you land and switch data roaming on.
What if I run out of data mid-trip?+
Top up from your account in a few taps. The extra data is live within seconds, and you keep the same eSIM installed.
What exactly does the refund guarantee cover?+
